Mr. Tlaitlai is a self-motivated leader with over 10 years of experience overseeing energy-related projects. He holds a B-TECH in Electrical Engineering from the Central University of Technology and is currently an MSc. in Sustainable Energy Candidate at the National University of Lesotho.
He refined his leadership, eagerness to research, acquisition of new opportunities, and ability to assess potential projects during his role as a Team leader and GIS specialist at Lesotho Electricity Company (LEC), demonstrating his ability to orchestrate multiple projects while also paying attention to detail.

Ms. Mphonngoa is a motivated and ambitious Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment professional with nearly 11 years of combined professional experience. She has extensive experience in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment from various industries including mining and construction, genetics and agriculture, as well as manufacturing and petrochemical industry to name a few. Her interest in the field peaked during her studies at Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health in 2014.
